The Group
A house of two disciplines
LEXBMG began as a partnership between a Maltese law firm, LexMalta Advocates, and a Bulgarian trading company, BMG Trading Ltd. It has since grown to include LexInternational Business – FZCO in Dubai, the precious metals house Domus Aurum, a hotel business and CREO Interiors.
The founding idea is unchanged. Lawyers and traders sit at the same table, so a counterparty is known and a contract settled before any cargo moves. Clients deal with one house from the first enquiry to the final delivery.
The Group is governed from Malta.

Energy
Crude oil, refined fuels and natural gas. Gas is delivered chiefly at Baumgarten, in Austria.
Metals
Copper, aluminium, steel, titanium and gold.
Minerals
Iron ore and coal.
Soft commodities
Cocoa beans and coffee from Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, Uganda and Brazil.
Diligence
Counterparties are examined and contracts drafted in house. Where it matters, we inspect on site.

Design. Manufacture. Install.
CREO Interiors is our exclusive European partnership with CREO İnşaat ve Mimarlık, a Turkish house with more than twenty years of work in hotels, restaurants, clinics and private residences. LexInternational Business – FZCO and BMG Trading Ltd. represent CREO in 38 European countries.
CREO draws, makes and fits its own work. Furniture and fittings are made in its workshop in Istanbul and its factory in Ankara, then installed by its own teams. A single team carries each project from the first survey to the warranty.
